Yanked 'em because the spiggots of the drops were not perpendicular to the seat stays. Retry to do proper coming up.... once I get the shipping from Nova. More later..

Have not installed forward facing forged tips before and missed the angle to the stays by a little. They match though and are solid. They dont look toooo bad, just off a little... Cant change 'em now.

Chopped stay ends ready to fit. Plus a shot of the blade in the cut crown. Gonna clean up a bit more. The fork will happen later. Working on the frame today.
